Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOC2B, MTA2, and TMEM138. Each is linked with TBC1D2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D2B-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOC2B grouped by TBC1D2B-low versus TBC1D2B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
