TAS2R30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,598 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, SIN3A, and HNRNPU. Each is linked with TAS2R30 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R30-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R30 versus SMC1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
