TAS1R3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,130 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell receptor signaling pathway, B cell mediated immunity, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with TAS1R3 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R3-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, T cell receptor signaling pathway grouped by TAS1R3-low versus TAS1R3-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
