TAS1R3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS1R3 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, Adipocytes, and Pericytes. Each is linked with TAS1R3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R3-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by TAS1R3-low versus TAS1R3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
