Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAOK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1LC3C, SSTR4, and CLDN8. Each is linked with TAOK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK2-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK2 results are reported.
