Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAMM41 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TAMM41 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TAMM41 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAMM41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, BLCA, and CHOL are the cancer types where TAMM41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
