Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAMM41 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TAMM41 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TAMM41 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAMM41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TAMM41 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
