TAMM41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAMM41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,671 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAMM41-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, RN7SKP125, and PPP1R2P2. Each is linked with TAMM41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAMM41-to-partner and partner-to-TAMM41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1E1P2 grouped by TAMM41-low versus TAMM41-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAMM41→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAMM41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
