TAF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX55, PRM3, and RBMY1J. Each is linked with TAF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF8-to-partner and partner-to-TAF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX55 grouped by TAF8-low versus TAF8-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
