TAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,711 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDCD1, ATAD2, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with TAF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF2 versus NUDCD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
