Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,433 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF6, MTBP, and MYBL2. Each is linked with TAF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TAF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF2 versus NDUFAF6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
