TAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,888 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK6P6, HELLS, and CENPU. Each is linked with TAF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPK6P6 grouped by TAF2-low versus TAF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
