Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,841 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with TAF2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TAF2 results are reported.
