TAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52L3, SEC14L4, and KRT2. Each is linked with TAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPD52L3 grouped by TAF2-low versus TAF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
