Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,545 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FAM76B_S193, NOL8, and NOP58. Each is linked with TAF1D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1D-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1D versus FAM76B_S193 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
