TAF1D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, ASB2, and SAMHD1. Each is linked with TAF1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1D-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF1D versus CYTH4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
