TAF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 902 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8075, DNM1P28, and MIR5681A. Each is linked with TAF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-TAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8075 grouped by TAF1A-low versus TAF1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
