TAF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTE, TRBV12-2, and RPL5P31. Each is linked with TAF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF13-to-partner and partner-to-TAF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
