Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,426 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, ILK, and YME1L1. Each is linked with TAF10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF10-to-partner and partner-to-TAF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF10 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
