Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,597 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTA2, ACTR3B, and IGFBP7. Each is linked with TAF10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF10-to-partner and partner-to-TAF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAF10 versus ACTA2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
