TAF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, RNA5SP414, and MIR6766. Each is linked with TAF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAF10-to-partner and partner-to-TAF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by TAF10-low versus TAF10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
