TADA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3689B, TRAJ12, and H2AL1RP. Each is linked with TADA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA3-to-partner and partner-to-TADA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3689B grouped by TADA3-low versus TADA3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
