TADA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TADA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,563 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTT, TMEM33, and ZC3H7A. Each is linked with TADA2B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA2B-to-partner and partner-to-TADA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TADA2B versus HTT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
