SYVN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYVN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,015 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYVN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNRD2, RPS6KB2, and SCYL1. Each is linked with SYVN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYVN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYVN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYVN1 versus ZNRD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYVN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYVN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
