SYVN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYVN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYVN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-28P, NADK2, and BUB3. Each is linked with SYVN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYVN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYVN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-28P grouped by SYVN1-low versus SYVN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYVN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYVN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
