Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, TOMM70, and SASS6. Each is linked with SYT9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT9-to-partner and partner-to-SYT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by SYT9-low versus SYT9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
