SYT13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,272 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABGEF1_S390, N4BP1, and NFIC. Each is linked with SYT13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT13-to-partner and partner-to-SYT13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT13 versus RABGEF1_S390 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
