Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKAR1B, SYP, and NEURL1. Each is linked with SYT13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT13-to-partner and partner-to-SYT13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT13 versus PRKAR1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
