SYS1-DBNDD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYS1-DBNDD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,851 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYS1-DBNDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53TG5, ANKRD42, and VAPB. Each is linked with SYS1-DBNDD2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYS1-DBNDD2-to-partner and partner-to-SYS1-DBNDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYS1-DBNDD2 versus TP53TG5 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYS1-DBNDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYS1-DBNDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
