Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SYS1-DBNDD2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SYS1-DBNDD2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SYS1-DBNDD2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SYS1-DBNDD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and CHOL show a favorable association.

UVM, PAAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where SYS1-DBNDD2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
