Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 407 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, RNU1-14P, and RNU6-78P. Each is linked with SYPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYPL1-to-partner and partner-to-SYPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L grouped by SYPL1-low versus SYPL1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
