Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1056P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1056P expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1056P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RNU6-1056P RNA expression shows 7,388 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight KIRC, BLCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1056P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
