Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNDIG1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNDIG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYP-AS1, RNU6-1213P, and OR9A1P. Each is linked with SYNDIG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1L-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYP-AS1 grouped by SYNDIG1L-low versus SYNDIG1L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNDIG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNDIG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
