Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYNDIG1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYNDIG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and Notch1. Each is linked with SYNDIG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYNDIG1L-to-partner and partner-to-SYNDIG1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SYNDIG1L-low versus SYNDIG1L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYNDIG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYNDIG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
