Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCP2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,043 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYCP2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB1, SRA1, and PDS5B. Each is linked with SYCP2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCP2L-to-partner and partner-to-SYCP2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYCP2L versus SERPINB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCP2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCP2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
