SYCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBAK-RBAKDN, MIR7848, and GAPDHP24. Each is linked with SYCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCN-to-partner and partner-to-SYCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBAK-RBAKDN grouped by SYCN-low versus SYCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
