Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYCN mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with SYCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCN-to-partner and partner-to-SYCN results are reported.
