SYCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCC2, DLG1, and WDR47. Each is linked with SYCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYCN-to-partner and partner-to-SYCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCC2 grouped by SYCN-low versus SYCN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
