SYAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,807 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1_T248, CTPS2, and DDX3X. Each is linked with SYAP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYAP1 versus SYAP1_T248 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
