SYAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, RNU6-679P, and HMGN1P19. Each is linked with SYAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SYAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by SYAP1-low versus SYAP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
