Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SWI5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SWI5-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB2, RNU6-694P, and SEPTIN14P5. Each is linked with SWI5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SWI5-to-partner and partner-to-SWI5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AB2 grouped by SWI5-low versus SWI5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SWI5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SWI5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
