SVIL2P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SVIL2P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SVIL2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, MYH11, and NF-kB-p65_pS536. Each is linked with SVIL2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SVIL2P-to-partner and partner-to-SVIL2P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by SVIL2P-low versus SVIL2P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SVIL2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SVIL2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
