SUV39H2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUV39H2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUV39H2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK1, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with SUV39H2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUV39H2-to-partner and partner-to-SUV39H2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUV39H2 versus CDK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUV39H2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUV39H2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
