SUSD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUSD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,884 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUSD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL32P1, LINC00326, and RNU6-1068P. Each is linked with SUSD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUSD5-to-partner and partner-to-SUSD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32P1 grouped by SUSD5-low versus SUSD5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
