Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT6H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,455 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT6H-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, SNRNP25, and ZNF667-AS1. Each is linked with SUPT6H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT6H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT6H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by SUPT6H-low versus SUPT6H-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT6H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT6H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
