Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT6H RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SUPT6H data layer compared with 14 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SUPT6H RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT6H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where SUPT6H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
