SUOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,437 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, INTS3, and ZNF641. Each is linked with SUOX in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUOX-to-partner and partner-to-SUOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUOX versus SMARCC2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
