Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUOX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOCS1, JAM2, and CENPM. Each is linked with SUOX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUOX-to-partner and partner-to-SUOX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUOX versus MOCS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
