SUOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,031 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, PIGW, and MIR8055. Each is linked with SUOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUOX-to-partner and partner-to-SUOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by SUOX-low versus SUOX-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
