SUN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-918P, MIR5580, and NDUFA11. Each is linked with SUN5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN5-to-partner and partner-to-SUN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-918P grouped by SUN5-low versus SUN5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
